Team Member Training & Career Development

At Lyons Mechanical Services, we recognize that training and professional development are essential to Team Members’ careers and to the success of the company. Our commitment to professional development begins with employing a full time training director along with a state-of-the-art training management system.

Each Lyons Mechanical Services Team Member develops an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) that serves as a training road map for accomplishing career goals. While on-the-job training is an essential component of the craft trades, classroom training is conducted at the Lyons Skills Development Center, which is our dedicated training facility.

Safety First

Safety begins with an attitude of personal responsibility for ourselves and for each other. We believe the attention given to working safely is a reflection of what can be expected in the quality of the work performed.

Lyons Mechanical Services has developed written safety policies and procedure that are reinforced with education, safety inspections, and methods of communication to recognize hazards and heighten awareness.

Quality Assurance

Team Member credentials and qualifications are the beginning of the Lyons Mechanical Services quality assurance program. It continues with a commitment to continuous Learning and improvement. All Lyons Mechanical Services Team Members have demonstrated the required knowledge and skills before providing services to our customers. Through this process Lyons Mechanical Services remains a leader in the industry in providing our customers access to the most recent technology and skills.
