For more than 75 years, Wild Turkey Distillery has been a staple of Lawrenceburg and Kentucky bourbon heritage. With global bourbon sales booming and distillery tourism growing, Wild Turkey has continued to expand to keep up with demand.
Lyons Company was selected to complete construction for a Distillery building with Yeast Room and Fermenter Room. A Dry House, Boiler Plant operating on wood chips and natural gas, as well as a Chiller building completed the overall project. Construction of plumbing, HVAC, process utility, and product piping systems were completed for the distillery.
