Lyons Service Company installed 92 tons of Mitsubishi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems as part of an Ameresco performance contracting project at the Evarts Elementary School in Harlan County, KY in 2019. The project also included replacing 76 water source heat pumps and a cooling tower replacement at Cumberland Elementary School. The project also included replacing a cooling tower at Black Mountain Elementary School and installation of wifi thermostats throughout the school system. The project was completed with minimal schedule disruption to the school system.
